The Walking ExhibitionSM identifies WHOmentors.com, Inc. as the sole education provider for an executive trainee* to learn how to produce a legitimate runway fashion show and conduct legally authorized solicitations and/or sales solicitations for charitable purposes (CA Business and Professions Code 17510.2(a) and (b)).

WHOmentors.com, Inc. is a not a talent agency as described in CA Labor Code 1700.4(a) and volunteers1 are not regarded as artists within the meaning of CA Labor Code 1700.4 (b).  All volunteers conduct fundraising activities or voluntarily contribute in advance to cover the expenses and applicable fee permits for the promotion and production of a community and public celebratory event (NTEE-CC: A27).

CA Labor Code Section 1720.4(a)(1) describes any derivative work performed by a “volunteer” means an executive trainee or an individual who performs derivative work for civic, charitable, or humanitarian reasons for WHOmentors.com, Inc., a nonprofit public benefit corporation qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a tax-exempt organization, without promise, expectation, or receipt of any compensation for derivative work performed.

WHOmentors.com, Inc., a multi-state nonprofit public benefit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt 509(a)(2) research corporation, is primarily engaged in interdisciplinary scientific applied research to gain knowledge or understanding to determine the means by which a specific, recognized need may be met, and is also:

1) a certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award (Record of Service Key: PDZ-15996);

2) an Advisor/Validator for the Congressional Award for Youth Service (up to age 23), and

3) a 501(c)(3) Fiscal Sponsor of nonexempt projects.
